Section 18
Things not to be done by the Institute
The Institute shall not do the following:-
(1) The ownership of Guthi will be given up without the approval of the Government of Nepal on Guthi land (2) Registration of Guthi Ailani land against the policy of the Government of Nepal (3) Conducting any business activity, financial transaction or other arrangement related work that causes loss to the institute or interferes with the religious activities of the Rajguthi.
